This will be a deposit to reserve a spot for a half or whole hog when they are ready to be processed. Dates change regularly so please contact with questions. Remainder of the cost, plus processing will be due prior to picking up your meat.
Our pastured Berkshire hogs are bred for meat quality and health. We never use hormones and feed only premium forages and feed. We have two options for bulk pork. Half a hog is 3.29/lb hanging weight plus processing. Half hogs average around 100 pounds hanging and processing is approximately $100. Whole hogs are 2.99/lb hanging weight plus processing Whole hogs average around 200lb hanging and processing is approximately $200. Hanging weight cannot be determined until the animal goes in for processing and can vary 25-50+ pounds.
